- 4 cups of cooked white rice.

- 1/2 cup of frozen peas.
- 1/2 cup of diced onions.
- 2 eggs, beaten.
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook for a minute, and consistently stir.
- Then, add the carrots, peas, and onions and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then, add the beaten eggs and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked white rice to the wok and stir to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 1 cup of white long grain rice.
