1. Savory Weed Lasagna
Let’s start by talking about cooking with cannabis to make a delicious weed-infused lasagna. Here are the ingredients you’ll need for a weed lasagna:
- ½ cup of cannabis butter
- 3 cups of milk
- ½ a cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup cannabis oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion
- Two small bell peppers chopped
- 1 clove of garlic crushed up
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 cups chopped up tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings or thyme
First, you’ll want to create the sauce that will go over the lasagna. To do this simply put the cannabis butter on a skillet, and set it to low heat. Next, add the flour until you have a good roux mixture.
After about 3 minutes, you can begin to gradually add in the milk. Next, start adding in the salt, thyme, oregano, and pepper. Next, use a medium pan and begin to cook the ground beef along with the garlic, bell pepper, and chopped onions. Now you can add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, cannabis oil, and cannabis oil to the meat.
Let everything cook together with the meat for about 25 minutes. Finally, it’s time to begin layering your lasagna tray! Make a layer of lasagna, a layer of meat sauce, followed by another layer of lasagna. Next, add in about half of your roux.
On top of the roux, lay another lasagna sheet, and top it with cheese. You’ll continue this process until you have three full layers. Set the oven to preheat to 220° f when the oven is ready, put your lasagna to bake for 80 minutes. When the lasagna is done baking, let it cool before serving.
2. Vegetable Weed Lasagna
Are you catering to someone who’s a vegetarian? Whether you or a member of your dinner party doesn’t eat meat, it’s helpful to have a vegetable lasagna on hand. For your vegetable lasagna, you can use all of the same ingredients in the meat recipe.
The main difference will be that you’ll need to add in some of your favorite vegetables, such as frozen spinach. It’s also helpful to add extra cheese to the vegetable lasagna so that it has the same savory flavor as the meat one.
Lastly, once you have your roux, and layers of lasagna set, you’ll only need to bake the vegetable lasagna for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, check on the lasagna, and cook for an additional 20 minutes if the top layer isn’t brown yet. Again, let the lasagna cool before cutting.
3. Belgian Cannabis Waffles
Is there any breakfast food that beats a delicious Belgian waffle? There’s something about the big fluffy golden waffles, that make them a timeless breakfast edition. It was back in the 18th century when waffles started becoming sweeter, incorporating sugar and butter into their recipes.
Today, it’s normal for Belgian waffles to be extra sweet, and even have special flavorings such as vanilla or cinnamon. Here are the ingredients you’ll need to transform your regular waffles into wonderful edibles
- ¼ cup cannabis butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cups sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3 large separated eggs
- 2 cup whole milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Maple syrup
Start by taking a large bowl and combining the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Next, use a separate bowl to begin lightly beating the egg yolks. Slowly add milk, cannabis butter, regular butter, and vanilla extract to the eggs. Mix everything well. Next start stirring in the dry ingredients until everything is perfectly mixed together.
Remember, the eggs need to be separated. That means the egg whites should be in a separate bowl that you can use to begin. After whisking the egg whites in a separate bowl, start folding them into the batter.
Finally, start preheating the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Slowly add your mixture to the waffle iron, and continue cooking until the waffles are golden brown. When everything is all done, you can serve your cannabis Belgian waffles with fresh-cut strawberries and a side of syrup.

CBD Alternatives
You might be wondering, is it legal to cook with THC? The answer depends on where you live. If your state hasn’t legalized marijuana yet, you won’t be able to purchase any THC to cook with. Instead, you can rely on alternatives such as CBD or Delta 8 THC.
5. Cannabis Cookie Dough
Cannabis cookie dough creations are a great way to get baked, without having to bake!
Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make cannabis-infused cookie dough:
- 1/4 oz of weed
- ½ cup of butter
- Cheesecloth or pantyhose
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 5 cups melted chocolate
In addition to the ingredients on the list above, you also need a muffin tin, along with lining cups. In all of the earlier recipes, you were using canna-butter that was already made.
For this recipe, we’ll take a peek at how you can create your canna-butter using an ounce of cannabis, and your oven.
Cannabis Butter
First, decarb a quarter of an ounce of weed in your oven at 240° for about 45 minutes. By decarbing the weed, you’ll be able to activate the THC. When you grind the cannabis, make sure that you don’t grind it too finely.
Next, pour the cannabis into a heat-proof jar and add about half a cup of butter, and close the lid. Put the sealed jar inside a pot of boiling water and let it boil for about 2 to 3 hours.
This process will allow the butter and cannabis to become fused. Now you’ll need to take your pantyhose, or cheesecloth and place it over a glass jar. Pour the cannabis butter over the pantyhose and into the jar to strain it. After straining the cannabis butter, you’ll need to use it immediately or put it in the refrigerator.
6. Cookie Dough Cups
Your cannabis butter is ready to go, and you want to make some cookie dough cups. What’s next? First, you’ll need to take a baking sheet, and spread flour. Next, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake it at 350° for 7 minutes. Baking the flour in the oven will kill off any bacteria that are present.
Moving on, take a large bowl, and add your melted cannabis butter to it, along with the brown sugar. Mix everything, and then add in cream cheese, granulated sugar, baking soda, flour, and salt. Once everything’s mixed, slowly sprinkle in the vanilla extract, and mini chocolate chips.
Mix everything again, and then you can begin to form the cookie dough balls. Roll the cookie dough into tiny balls that are slightly flattened on one side.
Set the cookie dough balls aside, because now it’s time to focus on the chocolate. Using a small microwave-safe bowl melt your chocolate. Next, spoon the melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin cup. The muffin cup should already be placed in the muffin tin.
After lining the muffin cups with chocolate, you can place the cookie dough ball on top of the melted chocolate. Lastly, pour any remaining melted chocolate you have over the cookie dough.
Gently shimmy the muffin tin from side to side to even out the chocolate. Lastly, put the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let it sit for 1 hour. When everything’s done, you’ll have chocolatey, cold, tasty cannabis cookie dough treats.
7. Sweet Cannabis Dip
Now that you know how to make cannabis cookie dough cups, why not transform it into a sweet dip? Simply take all of the ingredients listed for cannabis cookie dough, and follow the directions to a tee. However, once you’re all done creating the dough, take things 1 step further by adding in some cream cheese.
If you’re a chocolate lover like us, throw in some extra chocolate chips too. By mixing cream cheese with your dough, you’ll be able to make it thicker, and more flavorful. The result is an irresistible dip, that you can pair with all sorts of fun foods.
Sturdy crackers, pretzels, and chips will all go great with your cannabis dip. You could also cut up fresh fruit, like apples, pears, and strawberries. You and your house guests will enjoy the smooth creamy flavors, and you won’t even be able to taste the weed!
8. Cheese Cannabis Dip
Do you want your dip to be more salty than sweet? If yes, try your hand at creating a tasty cannabis queso creation! To keep things simple, use premade cannabutter, canna milk, 1 cup of cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour, and salt (to taste).
After melting the cannabutter, add in the flour and stir things up. Add in the canna milk, cheese, and salt. Keep stirring until the cheese is fully melted. For the best results, we suggest using a blend of cheeses and going over the 1 cup measurement mark.
Be bold with your cheeses by choosing spicy options like pepper jack, or habanero. You can always even things out by throwing in a creamy cheese, like Havarti or muenster to the mix. We suggest you stick clear of mozzarella though since it tends to be too stringy.
You can put the finished product in a large serving bowl, and watch as it disappears before your eyes. As with the cookie dough dip, you can dip anything you want in your cannabis queso. Chips, pretzels, vegetables, if you can dip it, everything tastes better in a spicy THC infused dip. Want to take things 1 step further? Throw in a side of THC-infused salsa for your guests as well!
